Rag-Abolous: CALIFORNIA & HAWAII

At 12am this morning I arrived back to Puerto Rico from Hawaii. The past 15 days away were incredible! I went to California and Hawaii with my family, grandparents, and aunt. The trip was everything I expected and more. I am so grateful to be able to go on these amazing trips to see new places, learn new cultures, and be able to spend time with my family.

Our first destination was California, which we arrived on the 24th of December. In Los Angeles we went to two basketball games; one of the Lakers and the other of the Clippers. While we where in LA the weather was pretty cold. One of the things we did while we were there was go to the Grove, which is an outdoor mall which has many different stores, restaurants, and a movie theater. One of the other days we went to Century City which is another mall, where I saw Les Misérables. I recently read the abridged version of the book so I was so excited to see the movie. The movie was spectacular and would recommend everyone to go see it. While I was in California I got to see and meet so many famous people. Some of them are: Lionel Richie, Sofia Richie, Tyra Banks, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jude Law, Kaley Kuocou, and Mario Lopez.

After a few days in Los Angeles we headed to Maui! In Hawaii we laid by the pool everyday, played tennis, and relaxed. While staying in the hotel we met a family which we have now become very close friends with. It was good to finally catch up on the relaxation I needed.
