This week has been so hectic. I had to study a lot for my midterms, which I finished yesterday and now I am getting ready for my vacation. Every year we go on a family vacation somewhere special, this year we have picked California and Hawaii!!! I am so excited to finally get to relax and spend time with family. Packing can always be a stressful situation. I personally pack more than I need because I like to have choices. Here are different things I think you should pack for a short beach trip and a cold weather vacation.

4 Day Beach Trip:

1. 4 Bathing Suits
2. 2 beach cover ups
3. 4 Casual shirts you can wear to the beach or during the day
4. 2 pairs of shorts (you can repeat your shorts with different shirts)
5. 1 casual dinner dress
6. 1 pair of jeans
7. 3 night shirts
8. Beach bag
9. Sunscreen
10. Hat
11. Basic necessities

13. Book

Whenever you are going to travel try to wear the objects that take up the most space. For example whenever I go somewhere cold I wear my boots and jacket on the plane so that way I have more space in my luggage.

How beautiful was the sunset tonight?

Yesterday we got the best news! My sister Alexis, was accepted into Syracuse University! Next fall she will start her first year there. I am so happy and proud of her. All her hard work has paid off! Congratulations, I love you!

The holidays are filled with food and deserts. The other day my mom and I made sugar cookies for the house.

Holiday Gifts

The Holidays are just around the corner. This means you will start to be attending a lot of events and parties, which means buying a lot of gifts. A lot of the time people get stressed out on what to give others. You want to make sure you are giving someone a great gift which they will enjoy. I have come come up with a few steps that I think will make the process easier. First, think about the amount of money you want to spend. Second, think about the topics and interests the person you are buying the gift for has. Third, based upon your answers to the two steps before chose the object you want to buy that person. Finally, do research on the object you want to buy until you find the gift you think is right for that person.

Holiday Spirit!

  Today is the first day of December; the most beautiful time of year! People start seeing beautiful lights everywhere, christmas trees, menorahs, the cold weather, yummy holiday drinks, the best coca-cola commercials, and many more traditions. Throughout these few months I start to really miss New York; not being able to be in the cold weather or see the big christmas tree, but all different places have there own traditions. For example, in Puerto Rico there is a special drink called coquito which people make throughout the holidays.
