The Denier Tights

Ever since last year I have seen people rocking the denier tights look! Girls are always complaining about having to wear tights because they are uncomfortable to put on and go to to the bathroom with. But with these tights I don't see what the issues can be. They are as simple as putting on as a sock. Well maybe just a tad bit more work and you can go to the restroom easily with them. They additionally look extra fantabulous with a pair of high boots.

I guess it's time for all of us to go and buy a pair of denier tights now!

A Month Filled With Craze!

Just because Summer is almost over doesn't mean the celebration and parties are. One of the most exciting and eventful fashion months of the year has arrived! The Spring Collection 2015 Fashion Shows have officially begun! Fashion week has become bigger and better each year. Nowadays you don't need to be present to stay updated. Through media we have 24/7 access to all the shows and events taking place. Instagram, twitter, and blogs are taken over by pictures and videos of what is occurring. Some designers even have an online streaming of their collections! No matter how far away you live from Fashion Week you can still feel as if you are right there!

Today was the Rebecca Minkoff show! Although I was in school while the fashion took place I watched it online as soon as I got home. The collection was beautiful to watch. All the pieces flow elegantly and seem very comfortable. Rebecca added a little punk to the collection by putting studs onto  the shoes and handbags. The cross body bags seem perfect for every day use and definitely portrays how fringe will be in style! I additionally loved the way the overall jeans were worn. Usually I see overalls being worn as baggy but it was so nice seeing them styled with a fancier shirt and fitted on the bottoms.

TIMELESS!

This past summer was filled with adventures, new experiences, and tons of memories! One of the best parts about it was being able to take a week long course at LIM College in New York City. During the program I was able to take the Stylist Role and Fashion Magazine course. In the Fashion Magazines class, my partner (Mia Hogue) and I created and developed our own mini magazine. It was amazing being able to learn so much about the industry in such a short period of time. Here is how our magazine turned out, I hope you enjoy!

Time for Change! The Weekly Favorites

The main reason I created this blog was to be able to express and share my ideas with other people! In the past I have almost entirely posted about clothes or fashion. From now on though I will be posting about different topics besides just fashion. From the beginning I knew I wanted to create a lifestyle blog I just didn't know how I wanted to pursue it. Since I have been able to grow and learn a lot recently I believe I am ready.  By making this change I will be able to share many more of my opinions about different topics with you guys. Every Wednesday I will be sharing with you guys my favorite finds of the week. The post can include a range of all different subjects from a purse I am in love with to a funny video on YouTube.

Picture Perfect Sunday!

What would your picture perfect Sunday consist of? Spending the day at the beach, sleeping, being with family, a barbecue? Mine would be, waking up around 8am to go on a run and coming home too have a light breakfast to get ready for the day. I would get dressed and head over to a farmers market with my family and pick up fresh produce for a picnic. We would go home to prepare and cook everything for the picnic. Once all the food was ready, we would head over to a beach and lay a blanket on the ground and eat. How much better could a day get than this?Picture Perfect Day

Summer nights

One of my favorite parts about summer is spending time outdoors. I always look forward to outdoor barbecues with friends and family. The weather is perfect and it doesn't get dark out till late.

When stressing about what to wear, just take off all those winter layers and put on a comfy dress. Everything is more simple during this time of year. Don't worry about wearing a lot of makeup and dress casually.
