What would your picture perfect Sunday consist of? Spending the day at the beach, sleeping, being with family, a barbecue? Mine would be, waking up around 8am to go on a run and coming home too have a light breakfast to get ready for the day. I would get dressed and head over to a farmers market with my family and pick up fresh produce for a picnic. We would go home to prepare and cook everything for the picnic. Once all the food was ready, we would head over to a beach and lay a blanket on the ground and eat. How much better could a day get than this?
